SEEING THE ONE

The images are a quiet plea for human dignity and for vulnerable people.

For their visibility not to be swallowed up,

neither by fabric, by grand architecture nor by the business of daily life.

This applies equally to migrant workers in highly modern, globalized cities;

to girls, women, and people affected by poverty or disabilities;

and to all those living in authoritarian settings or in contexts marked by conflict.
